Equality in the Workplace

These companies have achieved a 100% rating on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI). 
This rating is based on having met criteria in the following eleven categories:

• prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation
• provides diversity training covering sexual orientation
• prohibits discrimination based on gender identity or expression
• provides diversity training covering gender identity or has supportive gender transition guidelines
• offers transgender-inclusive insurance coverage for at least one type of benefit
• offers partner health insurance
• offers partner dental, vision, COBRA and dependent coverage benefits
• offers at least three other "soft"benefits for partners
• has employer-supported employee resource group or firm-wide diversity council
• positively engages the external LGBT community
• exhibits responsible behavior toward the LGBT community; does not engage in action that would undermine LGBT equality
