On April 21st, when the General Assembly convenes to consider gubernatorial vetoes and recommended amendments, Equality Virginia, the Virginia Organizing Project, People of Faith for Equality in Virginia, the LGBT Caucus of the Democratic Party, Log Cabin Republicans of Virginia and other groups and organizations to be named will be holding a "Don't Hate/Legislate" rally at the Capitol to push for changes in the state Code to explicitly prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
